Dignity Showers

Purpose:

The work of the Dignity Shower Ministry is to show love to our neighbors by providing warm showers, clean clothing, and a meal to the community members who are experiencing homelessness. We provide support and referrals to assist the unhoused in utilizing community resources

Activities and Events

  • Mobile Showers avaliable for use

  • Towels and toiletries provided

  • Clean underwear and clothing distributed

  • Shave and haircuts avaliable

  • Hot meals/Bag Lunch provided

  • On-site mobile medical unit with doctor, as avaliable

How to Support

  • Financial Donations

  • Mens Medium/Large boxers or boxer briefs

  • Mens medium and large tee shirts

  • Mens shorts and pants - Size 30, 32, 34

  • Socks

  • Belts

  • Bug Spray, Deodorant, Sunscreen

How To Participate

Join us at First Church Fort Pierce on Saturday mornings 8am-12pm to set up, greet participants, prepare and pack lunches, distribute clothing, clean shower units, etc. Come and share your compassion, talents, and resources with you neighbors in need.
